Custom Orders: Boccia Balls.
At Proline we keenly understand the demands of the game and build products to meet those demands. We have many collections of Boccia Balls and Sets that are functional according to the needs Boccia athletes. We also have the ability to produce any type of Boccia Balls from scratch to a complete Boccia
Balls Sets accordingly to requirements of a specific players and tournament.

With your order, you can select any type of Boccia from our collection that you like and submit it to Proline. If you elect to send us a design of your Logo or Company Name to be printed, you will need to send us the correct pantone colors or color pallets. Also, you will need to send us the proper logos in a vector-graphic format such as; eps, jpg, cdr, pdf, psd & tiff. Once you have submitted your design, we will counter produce an electronic file of your design for approval.

Once your electronic design is received, you will be allowed to modify as per your liking. If you would prefer for us to create your design, Proline will provide at no cost one design for your approval. Once approval of art, colors, quantity and quote have been received production will commence for your order. No additional changes can be made at this time. Completion time is normally 6 – 8 weeks and/or depending on the amount, work and scale of your order.

Ordering From Us:
We cannot offer you DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from Pakistan. The reason being that the customs duties and amounts are different for various countries. For small orders as minimum of 10 Sets, we can offer you DDU (Delivered Duty Un-Paid) sent through DHL, FedEx or UPS Couriers.

How this works is quite simple:

Options 1:
1- Receipt of your exact order quantity and your required Courier service; example: DHL, FedEx or UPS
2- We calculate your order reference dimensions and weight.
3- We negotiate with DHL, FedEx or UPS your order weight, dimensions and destination.
4- We receive the calculated price from DHL, FedEx or UPS.
5- We share this with you and add to your ordered invoiced amount.

Options 2:
1- Receipt of your exact order quantity.
2- Freight Collect Shipment. You can check with your agent and pay at your end for all Duties/Customs and Freight Charges.

Option 3:
1- If your order is in large quantity, we would suggest using Sea Freight or Air Freight accordingly. For this option we can provide you with freight costs to destination Sea Port or Airport whichever is closest to you. Including ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the shipments. Please Note: All Shipments are Duties Un-Paid at your end. Client (Buyer) will be responsible for All Duties Levied upon country of destination. (Only Freight vis Couriers, Air or Sea will be Charged where applicable and or otherwise discussed with client).

Shipping & Freight Charges for Orders:
All orders will be charged according to the International Freight Charges either by Boat or by Air or actual freight whichever is greater. It is advisable for customers to mention their port of entry where they want the goods to be shipped; this would enable us to provide the customers exact Freight charges accordingly.

Requirements for Product Samples:
Samples are available upon request, but are limited to stock on hand and will be billed at current individual item prices. Samples are not returnable. All prices of samples (only) charged will be reimbursed in full when confirm order is placed.

Ordering Information:
To ensure timely delivery of your order; it’s good to order early. You can assist us by ordering early with a delayed shipping date. This allows us to give you, our customer’s better service.

Acceptable Terms of Sales & Payments:
FOB / CIF / C & F / Pre-Shipment Advance.
Orders can be paid in advance or through negotiable L/C.
However, kindly contact us via email if customers would like to pay through L/C.
For advance payments please indicate in your reply email enabling us to provide you a procedure for your convenience.
